Summer Day of Mindfulness
For Educators & Helping Professionals
This is the day to begin your journey of a lifetime.
Your profession comes with unique challenges and stressors. Join us to learn a variety of meditation and mindfulness techniques that you can use with your students, your clients or to deepen your own personal meditative practice. Practices include:
Sitting and walking meditation
Mindfulness of sense perceptions
Mindful body awareness
To be held Thursday June 21st or Saturday June 23rd.
Check-in will begin at 9:15 AM with the day starting at 9:30. We’ll eat a mindful lunch together (bring your own lunch please!) and end the day at 4:00. This program is appropriate no matter where you are on your mindfulness journey, even for those with no prior experience.
