Summer Day of Mindfulness

Awaken Pittsburgh is excited to announce a Summer Day of Mindfulness at the Pittsburgh Shambhala Meditation Center. Come and explore a variety of meditation and mindfulness practices, including: sitting and walking meditation, mindful eating, mindfulness of sense perceptions, mindful movement, mindful body awareness, yoga, and more!
This is an excellent opportunity to learn mindfulness techniques that can be incorporated into your daily life and to dedicate a full day to either kick starting or deepening your own meditative practice. It is open to anyone who is interested in discovering ways to bring mindfulness to his or her personal or professional life.
